Anthropic donates its Agent Skills standard to the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation

The format for packaging instructions, scripts and examples that agents load on demand joins MCP at the foundation. OpenAI's Open Responses, Hugging Face's OpenEnv and Alibaba's OpenSandbox were added the same day, bringing the foundation to 10 projects.
