Microsoft's M12, AI10 Ventures, Hitachi, IAG, P7 and Wipro also took part. Founder Mark McQuade says the company trained four models, including the 400B-parameter Trinity Large, for about $20M. The money goes to new models, a Department of Energy partnership and work with Vista portfolio companies.
