Avaya names former Insurity chief Jeff Clarke CEO as Patrick Dennis becomes executive chair

Avaya has appointed Jeff Clarke, previously CEO of insurance software firm Insurity, as chief executive. Patrick Dennis, who led the contact center software vendor for under two years, moves to executive chair. (Avaya newsroom; Business Wire via Post Register; CX Today)
