Sangoma holders get US$4.925 in cash plus 0.04767 of a BRC share for each share, which the release values at US$5.225 (C$7.40). BRC is financing the deal with an amended US$215M term loan plus equity. Closing is expected no later than early 2027. (Business Wire; Lexpert)
