Coatue led, with Blackstone, MGX, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price and new investor Sixth Street Growth. Reuters put the prior valuation at about $134B roughly six months earlier. Databricks said its Lakehouse warehousing product passed a $1.5B run-rate and Lakebase passed $100M, and that it was free-cash-flow positive on an adjusted basis over the last 12 months.
