Epiris agrees £1.02B take-private of cloud communications firm Gamma

Private equity firm Epiris agreed a recommended cash offer of 1,120 pence a share for UK business communications provider Gamma Communications, valuing its shares at about £1.02B. (AJ Bell; Hargreaves Lansdown)

The offer implies an enterprise value of about £1.08B and a 53% premium to Gamma's close on April 7, before the offer period began. Gamma operates in the UK and Germany. AJ Bell reports completion is expected in the first half of 2027. (AJ Bell; Hargreaves Lansdown)
