Freshworks will buy Torii, which tracks a company's SaaS apps, AI tools, licenses and token-level AI consumption, to extend its Freshservice IT product into software and AI spend governance. Closing is expected in Freshworks' fiscal Q4 2026\. Torii, founded in 2017, had raised about $65M, including a $50M Series B led by Tiger Global in 2022\.
