Groq raised a $350M round led by Disruptive at a $3.5B valuation, with NVIDIA planning to take part. Together with $650M raised in June, that is $1B of new funding for its inference cloud. Groq runs 13 data centers and says it serves more than six million developers along with Fortune 500 companies. It plans to grow from 54 megawatts of capacity to more than 200 megawatts in 2027\. The round is labeled Series A and is subject to customary closing conditions.
