Guidewire has signed a definitive agreement to acquire London-based hyperexponential, which makes AI-native pricing and underwriting software for commercial and specialty insurers, for a base price of $1.7B in cash, subject to adjustments. Up to $400M more could be paid if specified recurring revenue targets are met.
