Klaviyo agrees to buy Agency's team and technology

Klaviyo agreed to acquire the team and technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success startup. Agency co-founder and CEO Elias Torres will become Klaviyo's chief product officer. (SEC (Klaviyo 8-K, Ex. 99.1); CMSWire (Klaviyo release))
