Okta did not disclose a price. SiliconANGLE, citing TechCrunch's source, reported a value just under $200M, nearly all cash, and said an Okta spokesperson did not dispute it. Okta expected the deal to close in its fiscal Q3 2027 with no effect on guidance it issued May 27\.
