Oracle used its AI World event in Las Vegas on Oct 27 to announce four products built with OpenAI. Oracle AI Workspace lets employees query data and run approved workflows across Fusion Applications, NetSuite, AI Database and OCI through ChatGPT plugins. (Oracle; OpenAI)
The other three are Oracle AI Security Mesh, a managed service that uses OpenAI cyber models to find and fix vulnerabilities across OCI, other clouds and on-premises systems; Oracle App Composer, which uses Codex to let employees build apps that Oracle runs on OCI; and an AI SMB Bundle for small businesses that is free to start and includes $12,000 a year in Oracle cloud credits, subject to conditions. Oracle gave no availability dates or pricing for the other offerings. (Oracle; ERP Today)
