Oracle will sell Snowflake as a native OCI service billed through Oracle

Oracle said on Oct 27 that Snowflake's AI Data Cloud will run as a first-party service on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, so customers can buy and provision it through Oracle on one bill and pay with Oracle Universal Credits. The companies pitch it as a way to run Snowflake analytics on Fusion, NetSuite and Oracle database data without cross-cloud egress charges. No availability date was given.
