Mobile app security company Protectt.ai is taking a controlling stake in AIShield, an AI security platform incubated within Bosch Global Software Technologies, through a mix of newly issued and existing shares. Bosch keeps a minority stake, and terms were not disclosed. (Inc42; CIOL)
