Accounting software startup Rillet raised $100M led by ICONIQ at a $1B valuation. It is the AI-native ERP vendor's third raise in about a year, as it pitches finance agents that work inside the general ledger. Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, Battery Ventures, FirstMark, Scale Venture Partners and Creandum also took part, and ICONIQ's Seth Pierrepont joined the board. Rillet says new ARR doubled over the past three months and it has more than 600 customers. Total funding is now more than $200M.
