Salesforce did not disclose terms; Business Insider reported in September that a price of about $2B was under discussion. Salesforce expects the deal to close in its fiscal fourth quarter of 2027, pending regulatory clearance. Listen Labs raised a $69M Series B in January 2026 led by Ribbit Capital.
