Infosys revised its fiscal 2027 revenue growth guidance to 1%–2% in constant currency after second-quarter revenue of $5.145B rose 1.5% in constant currency. It kept its 20%–22% operating margin outlook.
Subscription revenue grew 6% to $653M. RingCentral raised 2026 revenue guidance to $2.650B–$2.657B; GAAP EPS of $6.50 was lifted by a one-time tax valuation allowance release.
Verisign Q3 revenue rose 5.7% to $443M; .com and .net registrations reached 182.5M.
Organic growth was 7% and adjusted diluted EPS rose 15% to $5.89. The vertical software company raised its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $22.35–$22.40 from $22.15–$22.30 and spent $436M on three bolt-on acquisitions in the quarter.
Q3 revenue rose 13% and topped €10B for the first time. Current cloud backlog rose 28% to €24.1B, and non-IFRS operating profit rose 18%. SAP now expects 2026 cloud revenue near the top of its €25.8B–€26.2B range.
Software revenue rose 8% to $7.8B, with Red Hat up 11%. IBM now expects 2026 free cash flow to grow by more than $1B and kept its 4%–5% constant-currency revenue growth forecast.
Total annual contract value rose 6% to $1.653B, and cloud now makes up 59% of it. GAAP EPS fell to $0.08 from $0.24, while non-GAAP EPS rose to $0.35. Pega warned ACV growth and cash flow may stay under pressure this year.
The French cloud provider said it met all of its fiscal 2026 targets, with 7.2% like-for-like growth and a 42.0% adjusted EBITDA margin, and guided to above 10% growth for fiscal 2027.
