Dayforce agrees to buy AI recruiting startup Ribbon; terms undisclosed
The HR software maker, taken private by Thoma Bravo this year, will fold Toronto-based Ribbon's voice-based AI screening interviews and candidate sourcing into its recruiting product. Price and closing date were not disclosed.
