BILL posts $436.2M fiscal Q4 revenue and guides fiscal 2027 to $1,807M-$1,857M

BILL reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $436.2M, up 14%, with a GAAP net loss of $18.5M that included $76.6M in restructuring charges. The finance-automation vendor guided fiscal 2027 revenue to $1,807M-$1,857M. (SEC Form 8-K, Exhibit 99.1 (BILL press release))

Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue was $1,653.2M, up 13%, and non-GAAP EPS was $2.77. BILL bought back about 8.4 million shares for roughly $300M in the quarter and named Jonathan Leaf chief revenue officer.
