Radware Q3 revenue rises 12% to $84.4M as cloud ARR grows 21%

Security vendor Radware reported record third-quarter revenue of $84.4M, up 12% from $75.3M a year earlier, with growth of 12% in each of its three regions. Cloud ARR rose 21% to $107M. (Radware)
GAAP net income from continuing operations fell to $4.5M, or $0.11 a share, from $8.2M. Radware ended the quarter with $421.5M in cash, deposits and marketable securities and bought back $13.7M of stock. (Radware)
